100 Bartender Bali Follows ‘Spirit’ Program
About 100 bartenders from any stars hotel in Bali are following acknowledgment training about ‘spirit’. Bali Needs Standard Price for Tourism Products
So far we are seeing tendency that Bali tourism products are sold very cheaply. Negative competition practices such as price battle and wholesale pricing are some common negative conducts we often find in Bali tourism industry. Therefore Chairman of the 1st Commission in Bali Provincial House of Representatives, Made Arjaya, strongly suggests the the government to apply standard pricing for Bali tourism products.
“As one of the most popular holiday destinations of the world, it is the right time for Bali to implement standard pricing for tourism products including hotel accommodations, excursion packages, transportation services, and other product related to tourism. AFP Supports Bali Police in Eliminating Human Trafficking
To eliminate human trafficking using Bali shoreline as transit spot before sailing across to Australia, Australian Federal Police (AFP) granted various detection equipments to Bali Police. Garuda Indonesia Climbing to Cruise Altitude
Soon after JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton bombings on July, Garuda Indonesia president and CEO, Emirsyah Satar, started to monitor the cancellation of bookings for flights to Indonesia. Up to now, less than 5 percent of the bookings have been canceled, equating to about half the level of cancellations recorded after the first 2005 JW Marriott bombing, thus easing the concerns. However, Garuda does not take bombings lightly, given their impact on passenger numbers. After the 2002 Bali bombings, the carrier’s revenue dropped by a sizable 30 percent, reflecting how important the Bali route is to the carrier.
