Waringin living area is housing spacious sitting area under air-conditioned system. French doors are opened to the peaceful outdoor breeze to offer you convertible mode of this room. Dining area has prepared for ten persons within the blends of rattan and wood. Wooden floor also situated to this area with cozy sofa in soft brown, day bed, a coffee table under ceiling fan companion.

Private kitchen built in enclave area to gather you complete cooking equipments for your cooking friends. An entertainment room is also available to gather you a set of high quality movie system with DVD library to give you wide choice of movie time. Here cozy brownish sofas are available to accompany the movie lovers. A guest toilet is available nearby for certain convenience when the movie played.

Waringin has five double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Manicured garden placed behind the entrance with wooden pathway that leads you to first bedroom. This double bedroom comes with fresh white canopy while an entertainment set composed by personal LCD TV connects to the satellite channels for pleasure time in-house. Setting up on the warmth of wooden floor, this bedroom enjoys private bathroom where you can find nice soaking time on its white tub, twin wash basins and toilet. Main pool sized 20 x 5 meters while attached children’s pool sized 12 sqm with 40 centimeters depth.
