This very beautiful villa with all modern conveniences is perfect for visitors who appreciate stylish and comfortable accommodation in a rural environment away from the tourist crowds. You'll enjoy total privacy but the rest of the island is right on your door steps. If required, this villa can be easily combined with the adjacent "Villa Maharaja" to accommodate larger groups.

The Villa

From the main entrance you step down to the open-air living & dining areas overlooking the 12-meter swimming pool with four comfortable deck chairs, a traditional thatched "Balé" and terraced rice fields.

There are beautiful antique cabinets, comfortable sofas and carpets, and everything is decorated with carefully selected modern paintings, sculptures from different parts of Indonesia and local artifacts. The dining room features a long wooden table for up to 10 guests. The adjacent and spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities.

Guest Suites

Adjacent to the living area you'll find a cozy air-conditioned library cum study which is part of the master suite and features a TV set to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels, a DVD player, a small bar fridge, as well as many books, magazines and games. One of the two comfortable sofas is actually a convertible bed which can sleep one additional guest, and the library is connected directly to a bathroom with shower – which can also be accessed from the living area. Via an an indoor stair case you access the master bedroom above which has a king-size four-poster bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, double sinks, walk-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and surroundings.

The second air-conditioned guest bedroom is located on the ground floor near the dining room and accessed from the veranda that runs across the front of the villa above the swimming pool. Its large en-suite bathroom features a walk-in wardrobe, two sinks, a bath tub and a spacious shower cabin.

The third guest bedoom is located on the same level but on the other side of the living area and has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower. It opens up to a terrace with a large day bed to relax and enjoy the surroundings and pool below.

All suites and bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature soft carpets on beautiful marble floors, black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep even during daytime, and all king-size beds are equipped with decorative mosquito nets.

Facilities & Services

There is a direct telephone line. A 27'' TV set featuring many international news, sports and movie chanels is installed in the library/study. You find stereo systems with CD players and a good choice of audio CDs in the library and in the living room. All bedrooms feature private safes, and there are hair dryers in all bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a large refrigerator and a microwave oven. The trained full-time cook, maids, pool attendent, and security guards are available at all times and live nearby. There is a back-up power generator and secure on-site parking for two cars.

Your personal Butler will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals, serving your afternoon tea, and arranging parties in your villa to visiting attractions, going shopping or organizing other activities and is available around the clock. Location

The Mahayani compound consists of three villas set in a small village not far from the main road from Seminyak to Tanah Lot. The location is very quiet and secluded, and you'll be woken up only by the sounds of birds and roosters. Surrounded by pandan bushes, bananas, papaya and mango trees and resting under tall coconut palms you feel like being near Ubud, but you are actually in South Bali and close to the island's best shops and restaurants.

In spite of its very quiet and rural setting, it's only about 15 minutes to Seminyak's most trendy restaurants such as Ultimo, Métis, La Luciola, Ku de Ta, Hu'u, The Living Room and Sarong. It's about 20 minutes to the "Bali Nirvana Golf Course" and the famous Tanah Lot temple and approximately 45 minutes to Bali's international airport.
