The whole villa is furnished with teak furniture and unique artworks. Three of the bedroom located within the main building and the four bedroom appeared in a distinctive shape of what called as “Gladak,” a java building and is positioned on the river side. This villa also completed with airy living area, elegant dining space and well-equipped kitchen. Verandah looking over the pool and garden also will enlighten your stay here.

Living Area

First entering Kavaya, welcoming you is the beautiful arrange fishpond lead you to the living area of this villa. Here, you’ll see the perfect balance of modern and antique element in this room. Designed with high ceiling concept and furnished with unique furniture it surely giving you fresh and comfortable feeling. Moreover, with convertible concept where you can open the door fully to enjoy the cooling atmosphere created by the air-conditioned and the high ceiling fan or open it wholly to let the natural breeze embrace you completely.

At one corner of the living, there is elegant dining table set for a fine lunch or dinnertime seats for 10. Adjacent to the dining is the complete kitchen equipment purposely arranged to become a great assistance for the cook or chef at the villa fulfilling your finest appetite against tastiest and delicious cuisines. It also comes as a site for cooking lover to show off their best at culinary.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms 

There are four bedrooms in Kavaya. All are air-conditioned and completed with King size bed. Three of the room are located in the main building, all can be accessed from the living area of Kavaya.  All bedroom completed with King size bed where three of them followed unique mix of modern and traditional architecture and design. The wooden furniture especially emphasizes the local influence at Kavaya. All three bedrooms in main building are spacious and are completed with en-suite bathrooms of washbasins, shower and large bathtub. The last bedroom is the standing alone Gladak, a Javanese wooden house. It completely antique but completed with modern ambiance such as air-conditioned and alfresco bathroom environment close to the river streaming below.

What’s more to your stay at Kavaya is the addition of Gym area at this villa. If you feels so reluctant to go out and eagerly wants to exercise your body, in this gym area, only you and group. Do not waste your time go the gym where many strangers gathered, here is your private gym free to use during stay at Kavaya.

Pool and Garden

It is large, it is spacious and it’s vibrating genuine tropical atmosphere. The garden is arranged and maintained with care. There is tidy green grass stretches beyond the pool and tropical bushes circling the villa. At one side of the pool, a lounge area for a sweet gathering or a perfect barbeque time. You can also enjoy the warm heat of the sun at the sun bed or leisurely swim at the large and spacious swimming pool in Kavaya.

Location

Kavaya bless with peaceful and serene environment where time just like stop here. It located in Canggu and only around 45 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Still, it does not means limit your chance to going everywhere around Bali. What most pleased you is that the villa only 15 minutes walks away from the closest Perenan Beach. The vibrant and vigorous Seminyak also only around 15 minutes drive.
